Staff was very nice and helpful at any hour.

The studio at The Lofts By Elegant Hospitality was absolutely perfect for us. It had everything we needed, like air conditioning to beat the Cairo heat, a washing machine for our laundry, and a cozy terrace with beautiful garden views. The private bathroom with a shower was great, and the kitchen was fully equipped with an electric kettle and tea/coffee maker. The flat-screen TV added a nice touch to our stay, and having a microwave in the apartment was very convenient. The comfy sofa was the cherry on top!

My only small gripe was that the kitchen could be a bit bigger, but that's just my personal preference. Others might still find it charming and functional.

Setting just next door to New Cairo, and Taxi for 20 minutes that someone come...

I chose this hotel for attending a synod because it provided Elegant Serviced Apartments with a pool across AUC. The facilities were well-maintained and spacious, with ample room in the TV room and bedrooms. The convenience of having a supermarket, fast food chains, and other amenities nearby was a great plus. The compound felt safe and secure, with multiple security guards. it was a comfortable stay for my work trip.

The one service that I missed for my work was a reliable and strong internet connection. While the internet was decent in some areas of the apartment, it was not consistently available in the bedrooms.

During my recent business trip to Cairo, I had the pleasure of staying at Lofts By Elegant Hospitality. The hotel was chosen by my director, and I couldn't have been happier with the selection. The serviced apartments were truly elegant, offering a sophisticated and comfortable ambiance ideal for a productive stay. One of the highlights was definitely the outdoor swimming pool. It was a refreshing oasis amidst the bustling city, and I enjoyed taking a dip after a long day of work. The terrace was another great feature, providing a lovely spot to relax and soak in the sun. With these facilities, I felt like I had everything I needed for a successful business trip.

It did take some initial effort to find the Lofts By Elegant Hospitality since it is located within a mall.

The location is amazing with direct access to a mall from the basement elevator. Lots of nearby restaurants, salons, and stores. The apartment itself is modern, large, and well-equipped. The complex offers pools, gardens, football grounds, and basketball courts.

Felt truly spoilt, no reason to complain.

Amazing location with direct access to mall, restaurants, and shops. Modern and well-equipped apartment. Buildings complex has pools and sports activities. Spacious loft perfect for families with convenience of grocery store and restaurants in the lobby. Proactive administrator boosted internet speed to 35 Mbps. Professional and efficient sales team. Helpful and friendly technical team.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was professional and highly ethical. Muhgah handled all our sales and reservation needs with efficiency and professionalism. Hany and Khalil, the technical team, were really nice too help us settle in with a smile. The hotel felt safe and secure with on-site security. The pool outside was great and we enjoyed spending time there. The customer service was really good, especially Mugha who quickly resolved any issues we had. We also appreciated the convenience of having a Lulu supermarket just a few minutes away. Housekeeping was an added bonus and the location was convenient, with short Uber rides to malls and restaurants, although it was quite far out from the old city.

Wow! What a fantastic Easter holiday experience at this hotel! The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and far exceeded our expectations. It had everything we needed and more, making our stay extremely comfortable. The location was superb, with convenient shopping options right downstairs. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly and professional staff who welcomed us with a smile and provided exceptional service throughout our stay. The spacious and well-equipped room, along with the breathtaking view, added to the overall enjoyment of our vacation. One more advantage? We loved the peaceful and quiet atmosphere during the day, allowing us to relax and unwind.

While our stay was amazing, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. the internet connection was a bit unreliable in the bedroom, which was slightly inconvenient.

Great location near the university. The spacious studio with a terrace and garden views was a breath of fresh air compared to the bustling city. The fully equipped kitchen made me feel like a top chef, creating culinary masterpieces. The private pool was a luxurious touch, giving me a taste of the high life.

Distance to main exit a bit inconvenient.
